August 22, 2006: "citrus refreshments and a cup ofsugarclimate conditions"
explored the wonders of the outdoors today. and by "exploring the wonders," i mean, "was outside for a few minutes and decided to go inside and make lemonade." a month ago, a friend and i wanted lemonade, but life is funny and works out in the way that when you want lemonade, you don't always have it. and it's not really funny.
oh, yes, that's life.
aware of life's tricks, we were prepared today, and we successfully overcame the toils that only making lemonade can bring. that is, finding a pitcher to pour the mix and add ice and water into.
yeah, that took awhile.
but once we located an extremely chic, plastic blue container, we were rolling. needless to say, the product was good and lemony. i would offer you some, but you're not here, so, instead, i'll supply you with the weather reports in the local area at the moment: 83°F (but wait! it feels like) 82°F. it's all about the feeling. the humidity is 36%, and the dew point is 53°F.
got to love that dew.
happy tuesday.

Connie! New layout! Exciting! Its spiffy. *pokes*
If you want the picture you may have to settle for the digital version as I've seemed to have lost the original it what was my desk.. and now is a massive pile of papers in the shape of a desk. Maybe its under this...
..oh thats a cat... my cats don't move much. It is somtimes hard to tell.
The outdoors... I remember that, I used to go there before I realized my AP history book is going to take me ages to read, and I've not got ages....

I'd die in those kind of conditions lol. But homemade lemonade sounds great!
[Dan] Wednesday, August 23rd
I've got to say.
Reading your blogs makes my day ten times over. Haha.
[: Its a good thing you found a pitcher ~_-
I always lose mine when I want to make Kool-Aid, ya know?
[Brandy] Wednesday, August 23rd
I can sure go for a nice glass of lemonade right about now. :)
That sounds like perfect weather for me. hehe.
[Nayana] Wednesday, August 23rd
You know I don't really like lemonade like everyone does. I think it's so over-rated - in my humble opinion that is, please don't throw lemons at me :
The weather seems nice there though and well something nice and cool to drink does sound rather pleasant :)
[Elena] Wednesday, August 23rd
I love lemonade! I know how to make some too.
It's not that hot here anymore. it's getting pretty cold. It doesnt feel like summer anymore.
[Mizzy] Wednesday, August 23rd
You should really try walking around a tree and/or through a flower bed. That is exhilarating and will make your day.. After your lemonade, that is. =P
Your weather sounds eerily like the weather here, except I think we have more humidity. Checking my hair status: frizzy. Yep, more humid.
xx

Hey hun. Thank you for your comment! =D I love your site. Very pretty. ^-^ And yay for lemonade! It's like 80 something degrees over here too. I should actually go out of my house and explore a lil bit. I've been stuck here in my room like all summer. lol X)

lol I loved your blog. I spent quite a lot of time outside, and by that I mean a couple of hours. lol. I love playing tennis :)
[Keng] Tuesday, August 22nd
Hee, standing outside for a few minutes must've been fun. ;) Before I moved here, I would only go outside if I was made to get the mail or throw the trash, etc. The heat is so meh over here, it's not even funny. I can't wait for all the cold fronts to come rolling in.
I'd be jealous of you if you were making iced tea, but you weren't, so... that's that.
I only read this post and the one before it, and I really enjoy your blog. Highly entertaining. Can't help but love it. :)
[Deanna] Tuesday, August 22nd
You spent about the same amount of tiem outside today as I did. It was also warm here but I don't seem to care about tanning this yaer for some reason. I spent most of my day on the computer being a nerd. You're lucky, because I don't like lemonade so you don't have to feel bad about not giving me any :P

Ahh, you just commented, too, hehe~ Well, Kaylie was going to a preschool at our public elementary school. The class is for the teacher's kids so they had openings and sent out flyers to the neighborhood to see if they can enroll more students which is why we pay b/c it's not a regular public school class. Christina's songs on her new album all sound like songs from the 1920's, 30's and 40's era. It's kinda hard for me to get "into" them b/c of that.
Anywhoo, hope I answered your questions, hehe~ XD

Yumm, lemonade. I haven't had any in awhile. I started to do a lemonade diet two months ago and got tired of it, hahaha, plus I was starving. =___=;
