September 24, 2006: "heed this apple advice"
i picked apples today. off of apples trees.
proof: apples.

hah, well, i considered writing an "extended" entry, but then i was all like, "who needs extensions? i sure don't." anyway, as autumn is a time of falling leaves and apples, i had the pleasure of experiencing the latter today. the moral of my non-existent story is to wear helmets if you ever go apple-picking, because if you separate one from its brothers and sisters, they must feel abandoned and get lonely or something, and they consequently start up an apple storm.
who knew apples could be so sentimental?
the bad news is i had too much apple cider. the good news is i still have my eyes.
