July 10, 2007: "guess who didn't shower today"
i know i have a difficult life when it is a herculean labor for me to gather the necessary will to just go and shower. sorry, did i say difficult? i mean patheticsadanddistressing, but it's all the same, really. before you alert the local mob to fetch their torches and bathe me, understand i'm not particularly filthy today, hurray! in fact, i think it's harmless for me to go out into the public right now and not have garbage flung at me.
and in that i take pride.
perhaps i should stop blogging now and go shower. it's okay. i'm fearless. and i have new shampoo.
(i'll try to remember to update this later. it's my prediction i'll eventually come across this and be all like "yo wtf connie did you just write about not showering?" and then i'll reply to myself and say "yeah." and then i might take a nap, wake up, scavenge, and then edit. i've been mistaken as a clairvoyant before. clearly.)

I feel lazy to go to the shower sometimes too, but I still shower every day.
Sometimes when I just can't get my butt up and to the shower I excercise to get sweaty. Then I truly have to shower so I get it done. It is silly I know. :)

XD Don't worry, I'm doing the whole talking myself out of not-showering on certain days too. But then again, I don't even bother to get out of my sleeping clothes anymore -- since I just spend the time sitting at home doing nothing anyway. And it's not like I'm getting dirt on me or any out-side germs...and it's not like my house is dirty...so if I stay at home, I won't get dirty either? I feel so less-abnormal reading your blog post, to see that someone else shares the same mindset! Haha
