I hate the postal office too. Especially Canada's Postal Office since if you ever send a snail mail (normal mail that is) you can be sure that your mail will be sent to the wrong address and to the wrong person. The worst thing? Its usually the people delivering the mail that mess up the packages even though the address given on the package is clear.

Though I am betting this Claire is feeling pretty happy that she didn't receive any bills this month :D.

The mail for my neighbor always gets sent to my house instead of theirs for some reason. I guess the mail people can't read. I remember I was awaiting Heroes Disc 2 from Blockbuster Online and it came three days after the estimated arrival. I was literally bouncing off the walls in anticipation. :(
