September 21, 2007: "i think i'll go back to the articles"
writing to say happy friday!
it would be wonderful if i didn't smell right now, so i think i'll go for a shower. my weekend wish was just super imperative.
... twenty minutes later.
i'm clean now, excitement! it's really been about twenty minutes later, even if you don't believe me. but you should, because it's true - but more important, it's on the internet, and you should believe everything on the internet. oh, and in other equally important news, my fridays have real meaning again since school's started. i guess i can use that as an excuse as to why my bloggage frequency has been reduced to a weekly routine (booo).
i was reading up on CNN today, and i've concluded their video topics might not be quite as scholarly as their articles, but they get two points (just two) for creativity. there was one about some (seems to me) young teenager who quit school to devote her time to her myspace-resource website, and is now a "multibillionaire" (that's what the narrator girl said! she did!) who bought her parents a house.1 how nice of her... but uh, she gets money for what again?
AND, another video told me twinkies are colored with something that would be poisonous in high doses.2 thank you, CNN. you have a happy friday, too.
1 weird teenage-looking girl is under "tech" ("teen time online")
2 twinkies ("what's really in a twinkie?") are under "health"
twinkies is a really funny word. twinkies. TWINK. ies. twinktwinktwink. now it just looks like the i-look-like-you-twin with a kie. dude, whoever coined this term didn't spell very well.
