i've gotten very selfish through the years, and i no longer code for all browsers and resolutions. while validated XHTML or CSS or whatever crap is the trend today, it seems to have produced some ...bland layouts. i mean, go simplicity and all, but i've
always had a tendency to stand out and jump off the bandwagon, so i'm stuck to my old school ways, doing what i like to look at.
mainstream seems to be floating divs, PHP, and wordpress these days. that's not me. i'll always support tables (i don't care if i'm not displaying tabular data, folks) and frames (i'm aware this is a bad habit, but i can't stop using them. it's like a smoking addiction... almost), greymatter, and coding from typing it all out. not entering it into wordpress.
i'm aware that my coding is probably crap. my unwarrantable excuse for this is my father. it's completely his fault. well, for having passed his tenacity onto his beloved baby girl. i learned this game we dorks call webdesign many a years ago, and i never did bother to learn the new rules. oh well, i'm trying.
i've adjusted some by struggling to delete frames from my life, and i've at least made the leap from IE to firefox. while works of mine are made in firefox, i still check in IE. and with my great monitor sidekick fighting crimes with firefox, the resolution is 1280x1024.
hopefully, grabaduck.com is viewable, even if it isn't in the way it was intended. if it is not, by all means, please tell me. i don't have the means to view my website in browsers other than firefox and IE, i'm sorry.
well, but if you can't really see anything... i suppose you can't really see this...
